- The material should have good aging resistance and not be easy to age and become brittle

4. Mechanical strength

- The fan blade is subjected to large centrifugal force during high-speed operation, and the material must have sufficient strength

- At the same time, it also requires good rigidity and toughness to avoid brittle fracture

5. Lightweight design

- The lighter the fan blade, the less impact it has on the motor load and energy consumption

- Some high-performance composite materials are ideal choices

Combining the above requirements, engineering plastics or glass fiber reinforced composite materials with good corrosion resistance, weather resistance and mechanical strength are usually selected to make the fan blades of shaded pole motors.
